This Group-Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date of purchase between Rebecca Cafiero of Rebecca Cafiero International (referred to as “the Coach”, the Business + PR Strategist and Mentor of The Pitch Club and the Client.

By signing this agreement, the Coach and the client agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as set out below and any other terms or guidelines as may be expressly agreed between the Coach and the Client. 

The Parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

This agreement, between the Coach, Rebecca Cafiero, and the above-named Client, will begin on the date of the first payment and will continue to the date of completion for 6 months. The total fees will be due along with the Agreement and either be 6-monthly installments with zero interest, of $1,500/month, totaling to $9,000, or any personal amount arranged between Rebecca Cafiero and the Client. Any unpaid installments are considered due to Rebecca Cafiero and are non-refundable.  If the client elects to cancel her involvement in the Pitch Club and leave for any reason, during the course of the commitment, she is responsible to pay the full remaining balance owed at the discretion of Rebecca Cafiero. If any client is removed from the Pitch Club at the discretion of Rebecca Cafiero, she is responsible to pay the full remaining balance owed at the discretion of Rebecca Cafiero. 

Property of The Pitch Club: 

All material and training produced by the Pitch Club is the property of the Pitch Club and Rebecca Cafiero Intl and should not be shared, distributed or reproduced.  All Collective training calls, recordings, materials, and resources are only available to the paying client/Collective member unless The Pitch Club x Rebecca Cafiero grants access + approval to the client to share or invite a team member to a training call (must receive approval). Otherwise, all recordings are property of The Pitch Club & Rebecca Cafiero Intl. and are not to be shared or distributed.  

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

All content provided by the Coach to Client (collectively, “Content“), including but not limited to, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the Coach’s property or the property of our licensors or licensees, and the compilation of the Content is our exclusive property, protected by the United States and international copyright laws, treaties and conventions.
